Rob is to return to the studio to record the next two tracks of his debut worship album on Monday 7th August 2017.

So far Rob has recorded eight tracks for the record which he hopes to release sometime in 2017/18.

"I'm really excited to be heading into the studio once more," said Rob.

"I can't wait to record 'At your feet we fall' in particular as it is a powerful song which always helps us go deeper into God's presence at Gateway. It is also my 4 year-old son Ben's favourite, so there's understandably been a lot of pressure to get it recorded next!

"We will also be recording 'No More Tears (Glorious Day)' which was inspired a friend from church who sadly passed away last year.

"I would like to thank everyone who is supporting my ministry in every way, without your support I would not have been able to get back into the studio so soon."

If you would like to support Rob's ministry in any way, get involved or find out more then Rob would love to hear from you. Click the button below for more details:

UPDATE! ALBUM RECORDING LATEST

Exciting news ladies and gentlemen!

singstudio.jpg

For the past few months I've been working on the many songs God has put on my heart, some of which we have worshipped to at local churches.

In short, this journey has led me to start recording my debut worship album and following weeks and days of graft, I started recording the first few tracks at the start of September.

I will now be receiving the draft mixes of these three tunes this Wednesday:

1. Thank You Jesus.
2. Jesus name above all names
3. Blessed Be

A 'sound' producer

They really are sounding big, with orchestration, catchy guitar solos and even a triangle! So i can't wait to hear the next mix by our producer Gary, who I must say is world class.

It has been a real pleasure working with him and refreshing to find someone who can get into my mind and see what inside my head regarding how these songs need to sound. I can't wait to continue working with him.

The next phase

Once we've examined these three tracks, we are hoping to do the final mix next week and then it's on to record the next few tracks....once we raise enough for those.

The good (or bad news if you're my bank manager) is that I'm still writing new songs!

The plan is to record everything and then release the album in the new year. We've identified enough for at least two albums.

Thank you

Thank you so much for the support, words or encouragement, post shares and ultimately donations. If you can't donate then please share the link.

GIG ANNOUNCEMENT!

Rob to support Dave Bilbrough!

I'm excited to announce that I will be supporting Dave Bilbrough at Abergavenny's Borough Theatre on Sunday May 22nd, 2016.

I will be doing an acoustic set, featuring new material to prepare the way for Dave, so it would be great if you could come along.

I grew up listening to his records and worshipping to his songs at church (my father and uncle are massive fans!) so aside from having the privilege of opening for him, it will be a great opportunity to spent time with a true worshipper who has faithfully served God with his ministry. I hope I encourage Dave as much as I know he will encourage me!

THE FIRST POST!

Hello and thank you for visiting my website.

I hope the content here will encourage you in someway, whether it's my music, lyrics or blogs!

I aim to (b)log the awesome things that happen in my walk with God as I finish off my debut album, continue to write songs and lead worship.

My prayer is that in doing so, you may get at least one thing that you can use to bring glory to God.

Enjoy and please get in touch if you get the urge to do so!

God bless you,

Rob
